Post reach is the number of people who saw your post/page
Post engagement is when someone takes an action on your post/page; this could be liking, commenting, sharing, following, unfollowing, etc
2. Why is knowing the difference important?
Engagement shows how people react to a post, not just who saw it so business owners can take insights from that
3. After defining the terms, describe how a business can use Facebook Insights to better serve their customers.
Customers can be better served with the use of insights because businesses will be able to see what was liked and got positive reactions as well as what got less engagement so you know what to do more/less of
