Week 3: Blog Comments

This week, I commented on Mary, Karen, and Michele’s blogs.

They each had differing perspectives on interacting with businesses through social media based on their personal experiences. My main takeaways from reading their blogs this week were: “it’s easier to keep a client than to find a new one”(Mary); sometimes all you need to give is a simple response as many people just want to be heard (Karen); and that your responses (inc. the timeliness of them, issues being properly addressed, and whether or not responsibility is taken) are important to not only the person you are replying to, but also to whomever may be viewing these interactions as a potential client (Michele).
